Terms of Service
The rules for using Nexora to coordinate property operations and service work.
Effective date: August 17, 2026
Using Nexora
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nexora's website, platform, and related services. By creating an account or using Nexora, you agree to these terms. If you use Nexora for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use.
Service requests and vendors
Customers and property teams may use Nexora to create service requests, provide property and work details, review vendor information, and coordinate work. Vendors may use Nexora to apply, complete verification steps, receive service opportunities, submit quotes, coordinate work, and receive eligible payouts.
Vendors are independent service providers, not employees or agents of Nexora. A vendor remains responsible for its qualifications, licenses, insurance, personnel, workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with applicable law. Customers remain responsible for providing accurate request details, lawful access to the property, and timely decisions required to move work forward.
Quotes, payments, and cancellations
Nexora may facilitate quotes, approvals, payment collection, and vendor payouts through third-party payment providers. The total shown to a customer is the total charged for the approved work. Nexora may retain its agreed economics and payment processors may deduct applicable processing fees before eligible vendor payouts are made.
Customers are responsible for approved charges and for reviewing quotes before approval. Cancellation, refund, dispute, and payout eligibility may depend on the request status, work completed, vendor terms, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. Any specific cancellation or refund policy presented during a transaction will apply to that transaction.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nexora to break the law, infringe another person's rights, submit false or misleading information, interfere with platform security, scrape or reverse engineer the service, introduce malicious code, or attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or the public.
Ownership and feedback
Nexora and its licensors own the platform, branding, software, and related intellectual property. Subject to these terms, Nexora grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant Nexora the rights necessary to host, process, and display that content to provide the service.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you allow Nexora to use them without restriction or compensation.
Disclaimers and liability
Nexora provides a coordination platform and does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, legality, or completion of third-party services. Except where prohibited by law, the platform is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party vendor services. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid Nexora for the applicable service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Nexora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you violate these terms, create risk for Nexora or others, or when required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page. These terms are a working draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before a broader public launch.
